We've heard many runners say that it is not advisable to listen to music as you run. For one, you may not hear what's going on around you which is a no-no especially if you are going to run where there are traffic. Another thing is that it could throw you off your rhythm. But still, it would be great if you can bring along your music of choice with you whenever you feel like jogging. Just make sure you keep the volume level to the point where you can still hear what's happening around you.
